The Super User Workshop is a hands-on, 3-day training designed to reinforce key concepts from the Super User track. This workshop focuses on developing practical Super User skills, with an emphasis on tasks performed in the Control Center and Web Portal.

• New Workflow setup
• Plan & Release functionality

Duration: 3 days (3 hours per day)

Format: Instructor-led + online exam (multiple choice test)

Enroll in this course, read the information, and choose your preferred workshop schedule.

Registration for the workshop will close 4 days before the start date or when the workshop reaches capacity, whichever comes first.

We encourage you to register for our ILT/live workshops early, as a minimum of 5 registrations is required for the workshops to proceed. If we do not meet this minimum requirement, we will need to cancel the scheduled workshops. Cancellations are posted on the course's landing page and email announcements are sent to the registered participants a week before the scheduled event.
